Multicultural Arts Center (MAC) is home to an extraordinary Theater, complete with ornate Victorian details and theater lighting and sound equipment. Perfect for any occasion, this distinct venue includes a theater, two galleries, and a kitchen available for weddings, bar mitzvahs, private parties, corporate and non-profit events.

The Multicultural Arts Center, a visual and performing arts center, is conveniently located in East Cambridge near I93, MBTA Lechmere Green Line Station, Kendall Square Red Line Station, and the Galleria Mall.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building was originally designed in 1814 by renowned architect Charles Bulfinch, erected in 1889, and renovated in 1985 by modern architect Graham Gund as a performing arts center.
(Due to the historic nature of this venue, the MAC requires use of an Approved Caterer for events held at the Multicultural Arts Center. Above and Beyond Catering is an approved caterer for MAC.)
