Above and Beyond Catering is at the forefront of “COVID Compliant Catering”. With our expertise in food, cleanliness, and the understanding of Food Safe Service, we have expanded on “no germ passing techniques” to make our food the safest ever. Our chefs are developing “COVID compliant menus that eliminate the chances of cross-contamination.

Following the Commonwealth of Massachusetts COVID-19 reopening guidelines, we have expanded on our food safety rules to include new employee and customer rules both on-premise and off. Some of these rules have been in practice (vigorous handwashing) while some will be new to us and to you (no-contact delivery and catering options).

These processes will naturally evolve and change as we learn from trusted agencies and health departments how best to keep you, our clients, and our employees healthy and safe.
