This vegan dinner party menu was a perfect balance for guests of all ages. For example, a traditional appetizer like latkes were elevated to vegan star status with the addition of parsnip and a side of mouth refreshing ginger-apple chutney. The portobello and tofu napoleon layered delicious umami flavors in a new way. In short, the portobellos brought this dish to new heights!
