Vegan Dinner Party

From vegan, gluten-free menus to backyard barbecue, Above and Beyond Catering chefs come from incredibly diverse backgrounds with eclectic tastes and exacting palates. We’re always testing new menus and pairing new flavors and textures. Our kitchen staff is always excited to go beyond the ordinary to create an extraordinary experience for your next vegan party, wedding or catered affair.

This vegan dinner party menu was a perfect balance for guests of all ages. For example, a traditional appetizer like latkes were elevated to vegan star status with the addition of parsnip and a side of mouth refreshing ginger-apple chutney. The portobello and tofu napoleon layered delicious umami flavors in a new way. In short, the portobellos brought this dish to new heights!
